Tender description

Gather data through an online survey of a sample size of around 2,500 NHS staff across the UK. The sample will be nationally representative of the NHS workforce by occupational group based on the NHS staff survey. This sampling approach will be consistent with previous benchmarking surveys to ensure reliable comparisons can be made between waves. The survey will review the awareness, attitudes and actions of NHS staff towards a greener NHS. As well as the survey the external organisation will conduct focus groups of deep dive conversations to ascertain the barriers to action among those groups unaware, hesitant to support or to take action and explore in greater depth the conditions that enable those aware, supportive and taking action to do so. 6 week contract with the option to extend for up to 1 month.
