<p>Gosport Borough Council (GBC) and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) are issuing a joint ‘Invitation to Quote’ (ITQ) to better understand the potential options in relation to re-use/redevelopment of the Grade II Listed Submarine Escape Training Tower (SETT) as part of the likely site wide redevelopment of the Blockhouse 1 site in Gosport.
