Tender description
Contract for cleaning services to a range of housing sites and communal hall facilities in the Kingston Council area. Lot 1: The Royal Borough of Kingston Council (the Council) procured through a competitive tender to enter into a contract with for the provision of cleaning services to housing properties comprising sheltered housing, hostels, community halls and office space The contract is for an initial 2 years at the point of contract start with the option extend a further 2 years by annual increments, one year at a time.
