<p>This procurement is being undertaken as a further competition via NHS SBS Framework Agreement Hard Facilities Management 2 (SBS10166) Lot 2.2 Building Works &amp; Maintenance Services All MTC Lots. As such, offers are invited in accordance with the terms and conditions of contract as established under framework agreement Hard Facilities Management 2 (SBS10166) Lot 2.2 Building Works &amp; Maintenance Services All MTC Lots and of the services detailed in the specification. The Estates Department at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of several buildings over three sites. The majority of these buildings are health care related; in addition, there are administration, supplies, accommodation, workshop and storage facilities. The Trust are looking to achieve a comprehensive level of disciplines in matters of minor schemes and fulfilling its planned preventative maintenance obligations preferably, from one single source. The Estates Department at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust employs a small number of trade staff over both sites to maintain the buildings and premises.
