Mechanical & Electrical PPM and Remedial Works Framework

NHS Lanarkshire is Scotland’s third largest territorial health board, responsible for improving the health of more than 655,000 people living within the North and South Lanarkshire local authority areas. The Board has a series of local trade frameworks in place however Mechanical & Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance and the associated Remedial Works has been identified as an area with limited Contract or Framework coverage. In order to reduce the number of individual tenders that the Board has to run relating to this area, we are looking to put a Mechanical and Electrical framework in place covered both PPM and associated remedial works.
