Facilities Management Services and Catering Services - Prior Information Notice and Market Engagement

Tender description

It is IDA Ireland’s intention, in the near future, to commence a public procurement process for a Multiparty Framework Agreement for Facilities Management Services and Catering Services. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice / market sounding exercise is to gather information and market feedback that will help inform the proposed approach IDA Ireland will take in tendering for this requirement and the potential scope of the procurement. Please see the attached Market Sounding Notice. Interested parties are requested to complete the Response Document, which should be submitted via the eTenders Message facility under the tender notice published on www.etenders.gov.ie, no later than 17.00 hours on Monday 13th of February 2023. Any Queries in relation to this market sounding exercise should only be submitted via the Messaging facility on the e-Tenders website, no later than 17.00 hours (Irish Time) on Friday the 3rd of February 2023. Please note: This is a preparatory market sounding exercise, which is being conducted with a view to informing the preparation of detailed specifications and tender documentation, which will issue in the near future. It is not a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this stage. Also, the process will not be utilised in order to preclude any future competition to be conducted by IDA Ireland.
