Beaumont Hospital requires the provision of new external facing website to modernise its web presence. The Contracting Authority recognises the technological advancements that have occurred recently in respect of modern responsive design, mobile audiences and general accessibility. The Contracting Authority envisions that this competition will afford it the opportunity to align its web presence with these advances, thereby allowing the attainment of higher standards and the depiction of a modern, advanced teaching hospital.
