Tender description
The City is the lead commissioner for the pan London substance misuse programme (for people who sleep rough/who are at risk of sleeping rough) which includes the delivery of post inpatient detox beds. After detoxification there are a small number of clients for whom we may need to occasionally purchase beds and due to a restrictive market for step down/intermediate care beds for this client group.
