Youth Connect - Iraq

Tender description

The British Council is looking for 1 or 2 suitably qualified civil society organisations (CSOs) in Iraq to support implementation of its Youth Connect project in Central and Southern Iraq as a first sector and northern Iraq and KRI as a second sector. <br />This project aims to empower young people in Iraq with new leadership skills that equip them to assume an active role in shaping their communities through collective action and collaborative engagement with key stakeholders. The project builds upon the foundations laid recently by ‘Ka’shaf’, our youth-led participatory action research initiative which supported young researchers and civic engagement organisations to identify the priority concerns of Iraqi youth in 15 cities<br />
