Tender description

Provision of valuations of the General Fund property assets, and the Housing Stock in the Housing Revenue Account (HRA). Lot 1 – General Fund Assets - awarded to GVA Grimley Limited. This lot is for six valuations due from March 2019 to March 2024. The contract requires that all assets are valued within a 5 year period, and approximately 20% of the assets will be subject to a full valuation in each year. This will allow for all assets to be valued once in the first five years. The sixth year allows for the cessation date of the two valuation contracts to be the same date. Lot 2 – Housing Revenue Account Assets - awarded to the Valuations Office Agency. This lot is for a four valuations due from March 2021 to March 2024. The contract requires that all assets are grouped into asset groups and one asset in that group (a Beacon asset) forms the basis for the valuations of the whole asset group.
