In summary, the Services comprise: provision of Microsoft Teams Room devices and associated audio / visual technology for up to 8 meetings and / or training spaces, to include a managed service (maintenance and support) Monday – Friday, 8am - 6pm, excluding public holidays. The initial project phase will see room numbers 5, 6, and 7 (as listed in the Specification, Room Information) equipped and tested by the 30th of November, followed by room number 8, and subsequent rooms kitted out on an as-required basis.
