As per 2.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers and specifically the paragraph below;<br /><br />The Council reserves the right at any time to cease the procurement process and not award the Contract or only award part of it.<br /><br />The Council is exercising it’s right to cease this process and not award a Framework Agreement for this particular opportunity. This is due to changes needed in relation to the publicised award criteria.<br /><br />The Council will be looking to re-advertise this opportunity on the 19th January 2022 <br /><br />This Framework Agreement has not been awarded and there is no awarded value. However, a figure of 1.00 GBP has been added to allow this to publish on Contracts Finder.<br />
