In scope of this tender we intend to identify and contract two vendors contracted Suppliers for carrying event management and accommodation services for both entities; British Council Turkey and British Council Eğitim Hizmetleri Limited Şti<br /><br />With broad range of activity areas, the British Council employees and partners are using event and visitor hosting services frequently for our work in Turkey. <br /><br />The British Council Turkey intends to enter into a Contract for provision of support for the services of event management and accommodation and venue booking services in Istanbul, Ankara and other cities across Turkey and request proposals from MICE agencies who are interested to provide outsourced services required by the British Council.<br /><br />Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to "Express Interest" upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.<br />When the tender documents have been made available, involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website and selecting the "View Details" button of this project.<br /><br />Deadline for submissions of the tender will be Friday, 3 November 2023, 17.30 Turkey time.
