________________________________________ Invitation to Tender for Grounds Maintenance Tenders are invited for grounds maintenance work in Selston Parish as specified in the attached list beginning on 1 April 2024. General Information: Selston Parish Council is offering an annual contract that will commence from 1 April 2024 to 31st March 2025. If the first year is satisfactory the charges shall be reviewed every 12 months prior to commencement of the forthcoming years agreement Please find included a list of the services required to help you to formulate your tender, it includes details of all tasks to be undertaken. Submission of Tenders: The deadline for receipt of sealed tenders is 1.00pm on Thursday 19th October 2023. The tender should include: • Names and contact details for two references, • Copy of your Public Liability Insurance, • Copy of your Spraying Certificate, • Pricing schedule to show your calculated costs and the total cost per annum Your sealed tender should be sent by post or email to Lisa Simpson The Parish Clerk, Parish Hall Mansfield Rd Selston Notts NG16 6EE email clerk@selstonparishcouncil.gov.uk A decision on the award of the contract will be made by the parish council on 30 October 2023 and all applicants will be notified of the results in writing.
