Tender description

The Council seeks to procure the services of an architectural design practice to act as Architect and Lead Designer and provide the required supporting design team services. The purpose of the contract is to review, develop and update the remaining phases of the extant Colville Estate Masterplan. The Procurement will be carried out by running a mini-competition from Lot 1 of the Notting Hill Genesis Framework which is a formal bidding procedure, under which the contract is advertised to shortlisted organisations from the Lot.
