Tender description
The Hull College Group is seeking to appoint a team of professional advisors to support the college in developing projects. These projects form part of the Group property strategy and start to address a number of important priorities for the Group from improved student experience to estate rationalisation. It is expected these projects will range in value from £100K up to £5.0M and be developed and completed over the next 4 years. Works will involve scheme design and costing for funding applications and bids, through to completion subject to funding being obtained.
