NHS complaints advocacy market warming event. We would like to invite you to a market warming event where we can share our commissioning intentions with you in relation to the NHS complaints advocacy service. The first event will take place on Tuesday 03 October from 12.00 to 143.00 hours via Microsoft Teams. Please email your interest to tristan.brice@lewisham.gov.uk. On Monday 02 October an Outlook Calendar invite shall be sent to you. A subsequent market warming event will take place on the 10 October from 12.00 to 13.00. This will be a repeat of the 03 October market warming event, therefore you do not need to attend both market warming events. We would also like to inform you that Lewisham Council is committed to working collaboratively with residents to help create and improve services. The Council is currently reviewing the service specification for the NHS complaints advocacy service. The NHS complaints advocacy service is funded by and accountable to Lewisham Council. The main statutory function of the service is to support residents to make a complaint about a service received from the National Health Service (NHS).
