This project is part of the British Council ELT in Education Mexico and details the continuation of previous Continuous Professional Development (CPD) work done with Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), one of the three most important public Higher Education (HE) systems in Mexico, and the only decentralised body of the Ministry of Education (MoE) at HE level<br /><br />The project with the British Council is a 3-year strategic collaboration. The objective is to suggest improvements to IPN DFLE English language teaching by reviewing and evaluating curricula, study materials and testing instruments supported by teachers’ performance and student, coordinators and directors’ opinion on ELT. The British Council will design and implement a CPD programme for English teachers based on IPN DFLE’s expressed needs and those identified in the evaluation. <br /><br />**all are UK times**
