External repair works to the Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens. As this a grade II listed building, contractors will need to evidence experience of delivering works to a listed building. The scope of the external work includes repairs to various elements of the building, including: • Slate roof repairs • Repairs to decorative cast iron • Stonework repairs • Window and door repairs • Leadwork • Rainwater goods This is early engagement with the market to stimulate and prepare the market ahead of the publication of the opportunity (expected to be 27th / 30th October 2023).
