LEDP Building Refurbishment Project

Tender description

The LEDP Building Refurbishment project generally comprises the following proposed works:  Replacement of existing roof coverings.  Remove/replace/repair existing rooflights.  Replacement and upgrading of the external building fabric.  Structural works and mechanical and electrical works associated with the above.  Addition of solar PV system to building. The LEDP requirement is to achieve a ‘B’ rated BER for the upgraded building.
