Tender description
The LEDP Building Refurbishment project generally comprises the following proposed works: Replacement of existing roof coverings. Remove/replace/repair existing rooflights. Replacement and upgrading of the external building fabric. Structural works and mechanical and electrical works associated with the above. Addition of solar PV system to building. The LEDP requirement is to achieve a ‘B’ rated BER for the upgraded building.
