The Council owns five waste transfer stations and eleven household waste recycling centres across the County. We are in the process of compiling a tender for a fabrication and repair contract to cover on site repairs, and occasionally, off site repairs of containers, fences, gates, height barriers, canopies and other additional items. The Council would like to further understand options available for the fabrication, maintenance and repairs of containers, fences, gates, height barriers, canopies and other additional items. The Council invites Suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity via the Pro-Contract portal no later than 9th November 2023 at 12:00. Suppliers who express an interest are asked to complete the pre-market engagement questionnaire published alongside this PIN in the Pro-Contract tender box. Please complete and submit your completed pre-market engagement questionnaire through the Pro-Contract messaging portal no later than 9th November 2023 at 12:00. The Council may seek clarifications on Supplier submissions or engage in further market engagement relating to fabrication, maintenance and repairs of containers, fences, gates, height barriers and canopies which may include additional questionnaires, events, site visits or face to face meetings.
