LA2691F Request for Market Information for the Supply of Laboratory and Research Consumables and Equipment to the Irish Public Sector

The EPS intends to run a competitive procurement process for the supply of laboratory and research consumables and equipment. This will be the next generation framework of the existing framework LEE004F Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Laboratory and Research Consumables and Equipment which will expire in 2024. As part of the process, the EPS wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to supply laboratory and research consumables and equipment. The EPS is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on the supply of consumables and equipment to the Irish Public Sector to: 1. better understand any changes in the supply market since the previous national Framework Competition was run, and 2. identify any necessary amendments to the scope and specifications of this laboratory and research consumables and equipment framework.
