Following a procurement, Hertfordshire County Council has awarded a contract for the Provision of a Prevention of Homelessness Service for Young People Aged 16 – 25 Years Old. <br /><br />This is an award notice and this opportunity is now closed.<br /><br />The successful supplier for both Lots is:<br /><br />Herts Young Homeless Group <br />1st Floor Gracemead House<br />Woods Avenue<br />Hatfield <br />AL10 8HX<br /><br />The Contract Period for this Contract is an initial period of five (5) years with the option to extend for period(s) up to a further twenty (20) months.
