Direct Award via GMCA Street Lighting Visual and Structural Inspection and Testing Services under the following Lots - Lot 4: Street Lighting Indicative Test Method (Other indicative Test Methods of columns and poles testing services Lot 5: Street Lighting Strength Test Method (Statics Loading of columns and poles testing services Award to the following suppliers via Direct Award: Lot 4 - MPH Inspection Services (2nd ranked, justification based on the type of differing tests that fall under this Lot, 3350 units will be tested under this Lot - price comparison indicates that MPH provide a cost effective solution. Awarding to the 1st ranked supplier would pose large financial implications to the Council if the test method were to be applied to all 3350 units) Lot 5 - Inspectorate Ltd T/A Roch NDT Services (1st ranked & highest scoring provider on the framework)
