Flood Risk Reduction Works at Cranford Park Estate ( LB Hillingdon)

Tender description

Hillingdon is looking to appoint the services of experienced contractor to undertake flood risk reductions works including SuDS, green space improvements and natural play at Cranford Park Estate located within the London Borough of Hillingdon. All works are to be practically completed by 31st March 2024 The project is in collaboration with Groundworks London and Metis and is funded by the GLA. The works will be conducted under a JCLI Landscape Works Contract 2017 (JCLI LWC 2017). Hillingdon will enter into a contract with the successful Supplier which shall be based on JCLI “Landscape Works Contract 2017 (JCLI LWC 2017)” contract (the Contract). Tenderers should acquaint themselves with the terms of the Contract and be prepared to work under the Contract as required. The Contract will be for a term of THREE (3) MONTHS with all works to be practically completed by 31st March 2024.
