Event Management services – Iraq Lot1 South Central and Lot2 Kurdistan Region

Tender description

The British Council is looking for an event management company to cover its activities across Iraq, the tender is divided into two lots (Lot1. South Central which include all the provinces across Iraq except Kurdistan region) and (Lot2. Kurdistan Region) ,Event requirements shall cover both smaller and larger venues. The Event hire requirement will be based on each individual event scope, and may cover large events of approximately 200 or more attendees, semi medium size 20-50 attendees, medium sized events of 50 to 100 attendees and smaller meeting rooms with 10 to 15 attendees. Event criteria will range from events organised for delegates which will showcase British Council work, to clients, personnel & student conferences, trainings. The successful tenderer will provide services as per the specification requirement enclosed within these tender documents and will work closely with British Council members to ensure the success of events projects within Iraq.<br />The British Council is looking to contract a Primary supplier and secondary supplier for contingencies for each Lot (Lot1 and Lot2). Suppliers can apply for a single Lot only.<br />Bidders are required to provide evidence of their experience in handling events similar to those typically organized by British Council and/or other international organizations operating in a similar event context, such as education programs, artistic events, higher education initiatives, non-formal education programs, English-related activities, exams..etc.<br />
