Tender description
The current service provides Information, Advice and Guidance and Managed Accounts support (Banking admin). We need to undertake a review to decide if this model is still relevant and preferable. We will be undertaking co-production and co-design with service users and other stakeholders. There is an appetite from our local commissioners including the ICB (NHS) and Southampton CC to co-commission a solution going forwards. It is likely that proposals to meet current needs maybe significantly different to the current service model.
