Tender description
South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership require to commission an Adult and Young Carers Service. The Service will deliver a wide range of support services to meet the needs of all unpaid carers from primary school (aged 5 years) upwards. Support must be provided to carers of all ages in their own localities. The provision must be delivered using different approaches including telephone, social media, digitally, 1:1, groups etc.
