A Beach Sauna Operation in Poole Bay

BCP Council is looking for an operator to supply, design, fit out, operation and maintain a bespoke self-sufficient mobile timber sauna unit on Sandbanks Beach available for communal and private bookings.\r The anticipated start date of the contract is 1st April 2024. The contract will be for two years.\r The high-quality mobile unit will feature an insulated wooden enclosure, using sustainable materials, incorporating a wood fired eco-friendly low emissions CE certified stove with a heatshield kit and insulated chimney, bench seating (wide enough to be able to lie down) and changing facilities\r In return for the agreement the operator will pay a sum to the Council in each year for the right to operate the concession.
