Refer to attachment for further info. Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is home to both acute and community services. The acute side of the Trust already has a well-established Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and use System C's CareFlow. But the community side of the Trust does not have a community wide EPR in place. A review has been undertaken to identify the full requirements and an Output Based Specification has now been completed and signed off. The indicative number of users for the service is 350. Additional information: The trust is looking for indicative costs, this is a process of early engagement with the market. The values on this notice is currently an estimate. The value will be dependent on the contract length which will be in the tender documents once released. The trust has an indicative date in January 2025 to publish the tendering documents. Our business case is being developed at present by our stakeholders and when finalised this will be presented to our board at the trust. To implement this contract, the stakeholder has estimated it will take 18 months from the award of the contract to fully implement the solution.
