T2445 Provision of catering and retail services at Malone House

Tender description

Belfast City Council requires catering and retail service provision at Malone House for the following services wedding, celebratory, meeting and retail. Economic Operators are asked to email their initial Expression of Interest to cps@belfastcity.gov.uk before 12 noon on 23rd October 2023. This procurement is being let under the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 ‘CCR 2016’ and the services in scope are listed under Schedule 3 of the CCR 2016, therefore associated procurement procedures apply as allowed for under these scope of services i.e. light touch regime. Following the closing date and time it is anticipated that all those who have expressed an interest will take part in supplier engagement, for example a presentation and site visit, followed by a tender process.
