Places for People wishes to appoint a contract for Non-Domestic Gas Servicing & Responsive Maintenance for a three (3) year initial term, with an option to extend for a further two 12 month periods (3+1+1) Lot 1: Edinburgh & South West Scotland The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 2: North East North East, Yorkshire and Humberside The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 3: North West The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipmen Lot 4: Midlands & East Anglia The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 5: South West, Coast & London Description of procurement: The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment
