Enabling and Shell & Core Works Package for the transformation of the Grade II Listed Wrexham Museum building and site into the new joint Football Museum for Wales and Wrexham Museum. Please see attached documentation Lot 1: Enabling and Shell & Core Works Package for the transformation of the Grade II Listed Wrexham Museum building and site into the new joint Football Museum for Wales and Wrexham Museum. Description of Procurement (Services to be provided / Goods to be purchased / Works to be undertaken): Basebuild contractor, responsible for strip-out of existing setwork and services. Installation of new services, walls, flooring, roofing and window replacements. The works will also involve structural alterations to the building and the installation of a new lift shaft and passenger/ service lift. Please see attached documentation.
