Meath County Council (MCC) is seeking a suitably-qualified Multi Disciplinary Architect Lead Project Team Services for Kennedy Plaza Kiosk Building, Navan, Meath To carry out Phase 2b (Detailed Design), Phase 3 (Tender Action), Phase 4 (Construction) and Stage 5 (Handover/Final Account) for the proposed Kiosk Building located at Kennedy Plaza, Navan, Co. Meath. The scheme shall require an Architect led design team to carry out a complete detailed design on the Kiosk Building, which shall feature a Coffee Shop, Information Kiosk and Rest and Welfare Facilities for Bus Drivers. The Kiosk has been granted planning permission and services have been brought as close as practically possible to the building footprint. The tenderer may identify other specialist services necessary to deliver the requirements of the project.
