Tender description
Works to form a new access road and associated infrastructure to serve an anticipated 12 apartments across three buildings. Works will include site clearance and ground preparations across the 0.4ha site. Installation of drainage including SUDS and working with utilities companies to provide connection to mains water and sewage; electricity and telecommunication connections. Road and footways constructed to adoptable standard, wearing coat excluded, with access from B8073.
