Please click on below link to get full details of this opportunity: https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to join a four year framework agreement for delivery of major contracts/project within the council. The framework agreement will be divided into two lots based on value. Lot 1 - £150,000 - £649,999 Lot 2 - £650 and above Tenderers can bid for one or both lot, provided they pass the requirement for either one or both lots. Under the Framework Agreement the Authority and other Users will have the option to call-off contracts with framework contractors as and when works are required, via direct award using rotation call off process or via a mini competition as desired by the users. All requirement with a value over the threshold for works (£5,336,937 inclusive VAT) will have to be via a mini competition. Bidders should note that, under the Framework Agreement, neither the Authority nor any other User shall be under any obligation to call-off contracts with framework contractors. However, where call off value exceeds the current works threshold under the PCR of £5,336,937 (inclusive of VAT) it must be a mini competition, and this is applicable for all framework users. Lot 1 - Estimated Value over Framework Term £5m to £21m Lot 2 - Estimated Value over Framework Term £50m to £117m Additional information: This is a restricted procedure and the closing date for the first stage (selection stage) is 27 October 2023. The Framework will be open to the Users listed below: Gloucestershire County Council, District Councils, Parish and Town Councils, schools/academies, offices, libraries, day centers, care homes, fire stations and other public buildings mainly within Gloucestershire but may include parts of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire, all public bodies including NHS, universities, colleges within Gloucestershire.
