Tender description

Radius Housing Association require the services of an Agency to assist with the disposal of property. The entire contract is estimated to be a portfolio consisting of approximately 100 properties and it is estimated the length of contract to be approximately 3 years. The initial portfolio consists of 30 - 50 properties in the locations of East Belfast and West Belfast, it would be our assumption that marketing and sale of these properties would take place over a period of time in order to achieve best value and prevent any market distortion. The properties are in varying states of repair but all properties would require significant modernisation. All properties are vacant. A list of the initial properties will be provided to the successful tenderer.
