AT1262 Electoral Management System

Tender description

We wish to procure an Electoral Management System (EMS) to maintain the electoral register and run elections. - The EMS must operate in accordance with the legislation for the maintenance of the electoral register and the running of elections. - The EMS must provide the functionality to meet the requirements of the Electoral Commission. - The EMS must interface with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) portals (voter ID, overseas electors, postal vote applications etc.) and data channels (DWP data for canvassing, registration applications etc.) - The EMS must keep all records secure in line with GDPR legislation, especially for anonymous electors.
