Tender description
The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) wishes to appoint suitably qualified consultants to undertake a Net Zero Carbon Buildings Feasibility Study and Cost Assessment (“the Services”) to inform policy development for the Vale of Glamorgan Replacement Local Development Plan 2021 – 2036 (Replacement LDP). In addition to the preparation of the main report, consultants should be prepared to support the Council at the Replacement LDP examination in respect of the completed study and any other related issues should expert advice be required.
