Tender description
As part of the whole family wellbeing fund, the Council plan to undertake a short engagement with the marketplace prior to finalising our commissioning approach for external support. Objective of the support is to provide early help and take a preventative approach to providing support to families. Market Engagement initially Following consultation, next phase will be the Council to undertake a Light Touch procurement exercise in the style of open procedure to appoint an external partner to deliver the service.
