The University of Limerick, UL Building and Estates Department B and E is undertaking a Preliminary Market Consultation for the supply, installation and ongoing support for high temperature heating solutions, that will displace gas fired boilers at a number of strategic plantrooms across campus. based on various financial models including Heat-as-a-Service. UL is looking to source a solutions that will enable the existing heating demand to be achieved utilising sustainable technologies and would welcome an approach that incorporates some form of financial modeling, such as Heat-as-a-Service. At this stage UL wishes to undertake a Preliminary Market Consultation exercise with providers of such solutions, as this may assist UL in the choice of award procedure and preparation of a specification.
