TVCA-PROC-0243 Evaluation of Tees Valley Creative Education Partnership’s Action Research Projects

Tees Valley Creative Education Partnership (TVCEP) wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake an evaluation and impact assessment of five creative learning action research projects. • Development of a Logic Model which will articulate the full costs and benefits of the action research projects; • Development of a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework which will identify the key metrics to be analysed, the method and frequency of measurement and confirm the relevant roles of the Combined Authority, Tees Valley Creative Education Partnership, delivery partners and the Evaluation Team in the collation of key information and impact data; • Data collation and analysis (including building capability and capacity in delivery partners in the collection of relevant evaluation and impact data); • Development of an evaluation report which will provide a summative and formative function, i.e., capturing the full impact of both individual action research projects and the entire programme and through the development of case studies, a list of recommendations which can be utilised to inform subsequent programme delivery. • Presentation of findings in the form of a report and face to face presentation to stakeholders.
