Tender description

Caerphilly County Borough Council sought bids for the removal, installation and storage of its town centre banners in Bargoed, Blackwood, Risca, Ystrad Mynach and Caerphilly. The banners which are displayed on lampposts throughout the above towns need to be changed and added / removed as and when required. This notice is to inform the market of the contract award
