The Development of an Updated, Accessible, and Editable Version of ‘Help is at Hand’ Cymru

Tender description

The assignment is to refresh the ‘Help is a Hand’ resource, in response to the feedback and insights gained from people with lived experience, and with the involvement of those for whom the resource is intended. The refreshed product should be more accessible, and simpler to navigate, and there should be facility for it to be regularly updated as new bereavement support services come on line, or information changes around any of the sections. This may require a digital response, and consideration will need to be given for those who might be digitally excluded. If part of the solution is digital, or HTML, an appropriate platform may also need to be identified, given its current levels of availability across the digital estate, and close liaison with the commissioning team will need to ensure that other projects associated with the work-stream are fully considered. For example, there is another invitation to tender running alongside this, for the development of a digital platform for training and development around suicide and self harm in Wales.
