Term Time Only Short Breaks

B&NES Council are inviting organisations to join our framework for the Provision of Term Time Only Short Breaks. We are also inviting organisations who are already on the framework to submit a proposal for the 2023/24 round of funding. The framework re-opens on an annual basis to new entrants. The framework will be used to make annual call-offs to providers, for delivery of term time activities/clubs. At the same time as applying to join the framework, providers are invited to submit their proposals for delivering Term Time provision for the next 12-month period. Once an application to join the framework has been accepted, the Provider will be on the framework for the remaining duration, meaning they can submit a proposal annually for delivery of Term Time provision, without the need to reapply. This process falls below the Light Touch Procurement Threshold.
