Supply of Diesel/Octane fuel to the designated vehicles of British High Commission, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Tender description

The UK's Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) via the British High Commission (BHC) in Dhaka represents the British Government in Bangladesh. The BHC is responsible to the British Government for all aspects of the relationship between Bangladesh and the United Kingdom, including the management of political relations; trade policy; visa and entry clearance services for those wanting to travel to the UK; and providing consular assistance and protection for British citizens. FCDO intends to engage a suitable supplier who can provide diesel/octane fuel for the vehicles of BHC in Dhaka. The supplier will have to ensure that there are enough stock of diesel/octane at all time to meet BHC's fuel requirement. Total number of vehicles at present at BHC Dhaka is 34. This contract will be initially for 1 year with possibility of two 12 months extension, subject to satisfactory performance by the selected supplier and continuous business requirement at BHC Dhaka.
