Public Health Wales are seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced agency to undertake insight research and develop a suite of personas. These personas will be used to directly inform the development of digital information and support that aims to enable people in Wales to better manage a healthier weight. The information and support will be predominantly provided through a public facing website and in future campaigns.
