Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust have a requirement to source a contractor that can carry out landscaping services to The purpose of this PIN is to be transparent about the SABP's intentions to undertake an Open procurement process in the coming month, via the Atamis e-procurement portal. Any capable provider may come forward by 17:00pm on 6th October 2023 to engage with SABP. Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) have a requirement to source a contractor that can carry out landscaping services to build sensory gardens to be used by service uses at our Larkfield and Rosewood sites. Service Requirement - Larkfield: The requirement entails digging out and creation of new pathways areas using paving slabs and bricks and using paving on a substantial compacted subbase set on concrete. (Patio to be dug to a minimum of 200mm with a minimum compacted subbase of 100mm) (TBC by the Stakeholder) • Install 5 x 5m x 1m sleeper beds • Infill with a grad A soil • Install 1 x 5m x 1m pergola • Supply and install water feature • Supply and install outside light units • Paving slabs and bricks - Samples to be provided • Pond • Eating area • Dug in trampoline. • Plants for the raised flower beds. Service Requirement - Rosewood: The requirement entails installation of 6m of 2m high close boarded fencing with counter rail and capping and round topped posts set 500mm in concrete, with double gate. Installation of 4 x 8m summer house set on a 125mm reinforced concrete slab. Installation of 16m of armoured cable to door summer house with electric heating and lighting. It also consists of the digging out and creation of new pathways, using paving on a substantial compacted sub base set on concrete. (Patio to be dug to a minimum of 200mm with a minimum compacted sub base of 100mm) (Area approximately 20m2). • Replacing water feature • Dove cote and for supply and installation • Pressure wash all paving • Remove unwanted shrubs and roots • Repair timbers on flower beds • Paint all timber flower beds, shed and bench • Reduce and reshape all shrubs and bushes
