Mini Competition for the Supply & Delivery of Compact Tractors Complete with Mounted Brushes, Lot 9

Tender description

South Lanarkshire Council's Facilities, Waste and Grounds Services have a requirement for the supply and delivery of two compact tractors complete with mounted brushes. A suitable and accessible Framework was identified as follows: Framework: Scotland Excel (SXL) Grounds Maintenance Equipment (09-18) Lot: 9 - Tractors Framework Period: 01 March 2019 – 28 February 2023 with extension to 30 November 2023. In reviewing the Scotland Excel master schedule, it became clear that the requirement should be procured via Mini Competition. The following mini competition was published: SLC/CE/23/064 – Mini Competition for the Supply & Delivery of Compact Tractor Complete with Mounted Brushes, Lot 9. The above Call-Off Contract was for a one-off purchase. South Lanarkshire Council awarded a call-off contract by Mini-Competition under the Scotland Excel Framework noted in section II.1.4 per the pre-defined selection procedure under the framework to Bryson Tractors Ltd as they were the Most Economically Advantageous Tender identified and met the Council's requirements in terms of specification of the machinery. The call-off contract period is a one-off purchase.
